
Shen Lexuan
Shen Lexuan, a graduate of the National Ballet of China Dance School, has quickly become one of the company’s most compelling artists.
Since 2023, he has brought depth and vitality to a wide spectrum of roles, from the Deer King in The Nine-Colored Deer to the Kite Dance in Chinese New Year.
His versatility spans Chinese classics, The Red Detachment of Women, Yellow River, Yimeng, to international repertoire, including Ben Stevenson’s Cinderella, Natalia Makarova’s Swan Lake, and Roland Petit’s Carmen.
In 2025, he toured with the company to Washington, D.C., earning acclaim for his performances in Chinese New Year.
